Manga Book Club
6:30pm - 7:30pm

Come and join us as we go into the world of Manga (Japanese Comic Books). We will learn about the different genres of manga, what makes them different from each other, the stories, the illustrations and delve into the various types of manga, as well as discuss the book vs. the App, which version is better? Then we will delve into the world of anime, if time allows.

Ages 12-18 years.
Refreshments will be served.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

Stories, songs, and rhymes, followed by a craft. Ages 3-5 with an adult. 
Registration is not required.



Friday, September 25, 2015:

Lego Program
3:00pm - 4:30pm

This is a drop-in program. Each program will consist of an opportunity to use your imagination and your inventiveness to make some truly spectacular creations. Each program will consist of a quest and each person will get an 'allotted' amount of lego's and will have to create something within the guidelines of that day's quest. The creations will be on display in the Children's Room until the next quest.

Legos MUST stay in the Children's Room.

For ages 8 to 18.

Carol Carver's Color My World with Science

Please join Ms. Carol Carver from Self-Help, Inc. as she creates a parent/child gathering each month that will include different color experiments, songs, related art projects, movement with scarves and literature connection stories for you and your 3-5 year old child!!!

Duplos Program
3:00am - 4:30am

Due to the high demand of children wanting to participate in our Lego Program, we decided to create one for our younger patrons! Kids will be given a set of Duplos to play with and we will put their creations on display till the next program. Ages 4-7 with an adult.
